Dear Friends,
Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to figure out how to turn back time. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to announce my re-tirement. After nearly 35 years practicing law, the timing is right for me to make a transition into other ventures. Rest assured, however, that the firm is thriving and between my partners, Bart Botta, Elise O’Brien and June Monroe, Rynn & Janowsky, LLP will continue to provide the same quality level of legal services to you and your company for years to come.
Although I did not start out intending to specialize in agriculture law, I am fortunate to have found this unique area of the law. Under the guidance of the firm’s founding partners, Lew Janowsky and Patricia Rynn, our firm has grown to be one of the preeminent agriculture/PACA firms in the country and I am grateful to have been part of that growth. Over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed navigating the legal challenges facing the produce industry as a whole and have gained respect and admiration for each of you along the way.
