June Monroe becomes an equity partner

Pat Rynn

As the firm’s newest partner, June Monroe will continue her practice of providing a wide range of services to agribusinesses – from start up formation to operating challenges, while concentrating on federal litigation, in district court and bankruptcy court, to enforce produce sellers’ statutory rights under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. June also assists agribusiness marketers in perfecting security interests in growing crops and related secured transactions under the adopted provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Federal Food Security Act.

In addition to her agricultural law practice, Ms. Monroe also counsels employers in employment and general business law matters. She will continue representing employers in civil actions and administrative proceedings, developing employee handbooks, and counseling employers on employment issues.
